Thank you for your interest in our products. At this time, we do not offer any refunds on purchases. However, we do have a 30-day replacement policy for use products and for the new phone Official one Year Company Warranty  in the event that you receive a product that is faulty or not up to our standards.

If you believe that you have received a product that is defective or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement. We will require proof of purchase and details of the fault or issue with the product.

Please note that this replacement policy only applies in cases where the fault is due to an error on our part. We cannot accept returns or provide replacements for products that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
